Rules

Welcome to our retreat in the Cool Pines of Heber/Overgaard, Arizona. We ask that your read over these guidelines and share them with your party. We hope you will have an enjoyable time at Porchy Pines.

1. Respect the wildlife. This is one of the things we’ve grown to enjoy. The animals can be soothing and beautiful to watch. And children love being close to nature in this way.

2. With respect for our neighbors, we ask that outside quiet time is at 10 pm.

3. No pets of any kind are allowed. We have had to make this tough decision because of allergies relating to animals for future guests. (And there are always messes left outside for others to find - usually on their shoes).

4. We ask that shoes be taken off before going upstairs especially if there is mud from a recent rainstorm.

5. No food or drink upstairs, with the exception of water.

6. No smoking allowed anywhere on our property.

7. We have a septic system. Please do NOT flush women’s hygiene products. There are bins provided in each bathroom to dispose of these items.

8. Close and put full trash bags in the brown trailer located outside the back kitchen door. We will collect and dispose as needed during your stay.

9. The children’s playset is for those under the age of 12.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by your party during your stay.

Porchy Pines Peace Retreat can make modifications or additions at any time regarding our policies.
